Job Overview
We are looking for our Karan Shergill (Lakshya Hero) who wants to be best sales person and is focused, hungry, flexible , highly communicative, always wanting to improve and driven by targets as our Sales Development Representative to do outbound prospecting and lead generation.
You get to work with the best and get groomed through the best drill to be a winner.

Key Responsibilities – Your Mission Briefing:

Outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and phone — build your own pipeline

Understand the solutions deeply — become the commander of your knowledge base.

Hands on experience on tools like Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify the right prospects — like a sniper spots the target.

Keep your database clean and sharp — add, track, analyze, follow-up, conquer.

Speak with decision makers with confidence — become the voice of strategic insight.

Achieve 1,000+ monthly outreach efforts — because quantity + quality = impact.

Stay agile — work across time zones like a disciplined soldier on a global mission, as and when required.

Maintain high discipline in conduct and time management — like men/women in uniform.
Qualifications – The Making of a Hero:

Education: Graduate minimum. Post-Graduation is good. MBA is better.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of corporate experience with a focus on outbound prospecting.

Communication: Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM and lead generation tools is preferred but not necessity

Market Understanding: Experience in international markets with exposure to ERP, SaaS, RPA, Process Automation, etc. is good to have.
