Shilpi is currently working as AVP - Data Analytics with Jinactus Consulting.
She has worked across various Analytics Platforms and Consumer driven sectors like Healthcare(Consumer Health Insights, Exchange Simulation), Telecom(CLM), Banking, P360(Survey Analyses), Automobile to name a few.
Currently she is leading the analytics team and contributing significantly towards several business development efforts through data driven insights and analytics for leading brands and clients.
Projects in Past:
Telecom : Helped in Developing the Marketing and Brand Strategy to maximize the market share through ROI and Pricing models. Churn model, customer retention analyses, campaign management as part of analytics delivery for the client
Healthcare : Facilitated War game workshop and trained client on tools for Leading Healthcare Provider in Seattle.
- Using Data Mining techniques to generate insights on how consumers make healthcare related decisions (like buying health insurance) and factors that drives them towards a brand, Consumer Health Insights(CHI) and Exchange Simulation are two of the revenue generating work-streams she created while leading healthcare analytics team.
- Healthcare score model, which does comparative study of various healthcare systems around the globe to find out their efficiencies and in-efficiencies by benchmarking them against the global best practices.
